Annual General Meeting
Tue 16 April 2024 at 7:00 pm – 9pm, Lord Roberts Public School, 440 Princess Ave. Doors open at 6:30 pm, rear of school, in the Gym.
At the meeting, we will be looking at changes to our Constitution and Bylaw to help modernize the Community Association practices. The changes relate mostly to the composition of the Executive Committee, including ensuring members at large are voting members. We will also be proposing changes to the WCA’s position on planning matters in the community. We hope to see you there!
We are looking for new members of the Executive Committee! We have several vacant positions, including Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary, but you can also join as a Member at Large. It’s a great way to connect with the community and help us plan some fun new events. We generally meet once a month (except for the summer or December). It’s not a huge time commitment, and a great way to get involved in your community!
